1. Pilot Program

Backpack is currently currently running as an experimental pilot in Bangalore. Features, rewards, and rules are subject to change as we learn and improve.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for rewards:

• You must submit a valid travel ticket to Bangalore.
• The travel date must be recent or upcoming.
• You must have a valid Indian bank account (UPI) to receive funds.

3. Rewards

Rewards are distributed manually after verification. We reserve the right to deny rewards in cases of:

• Suspected fraud or forged tickets.
• Duplicate claims for the same trip.
• System abuse.

4. Modifications

We may update these terms or pause the reward program at any time without prior notice.
